It is one of my favourite coastal towns in Puglia, dramatic cliffs, clear blue emerald waters, narrow allies, artisans.. and food 🤌🏼🤌🏼😋😋

Some of my favourite things to do in Polignano a mare are:

1. Boat tour around the caves (if you want to book a private tour, just send me a private message 😃🥰)

2. Wandering around the narrow allies and sipping exotic mojitos from @lacasadelmojitoclub

3. Buying ceramics and artisanl gifts

4. Indulging in a fresh frozen yoghurt gelato topped with seasonal fresh fruits from @joya_canti_di_stagione

5. Sunset drinks with a view @aquamareapolignano

6. Fast food traditional Apulian dinner of Panzerotti at @larotellinapolignano

4. Castro - hilltop town with a castle overlook the Adriatic coast and the town where its Marina have stunning blue waters
5. Tricase Porto - Famous for top notch fresh seafood resturants
6. Ugento - castle, away from the crowds and close to most stunning beaches on the Ionian
7. Santa Cesarea Terme - coastal town with sulfur waters on the Adriatic side, (thermal waters yes, but not hot, just minerals)

Time for Puglia National Pasta Dish!

Pasta Orecchiette, the vegan pasta that is only made from flour, water and pinch of salt (no eggs)

Do you know what Orecchiette means? It means the little ears, this pasta named with this name due to how its shaped .. did you know this before?

Typical suace is Cime di Rapa (Turnip heads) or the simple and classical one, with sugo (ie tomato suace)🤌🏼🤌🏼😋😋

Have you tried it before? Have you tried making it before? It looks easy to form! Trust me... its not!

Famous street with Nonne doing this pasta is located in Bari Vecchia (Bari city center)
