The La Dolce Vita Package is designed to plan your travels For Trips and Travel Itineraries that are up to 15 Days in the destination of choice and for up to 8 people travelling together.

Q1: What is included in your La Dolce Vita Travelling Planning Services Packages?

• Initial Assessment call up to 60 minutes. The call will be virtual call using Zoom, Teams or Skype or any other VOIP applications. 
• Email communication throughout the process – Maintaining close communication is key during this process, but do not worry, I will not bombard you with tons of messages!
• First version of the proposed Itinerary, followed by another 2 versions, total 3 versions with the third being the final version. 
• Delivery time will be up to 10 working days (working days are from Monday to Friday), therefore, your cooperation and timely response to my emails/ messages is highly valued.
• In the itinerary I provide, it will have clickable links directed to the booking pages, so you do NOT have to navigate through the pages looking after the booking pages.
• If needed, a follow up 60- minute call to review the final version and agree on the plan I offered
• Duration of the travel itinerary is from 11 Days and for up to 15 days max. If you wish to add more few days or weeks or you are a party of over 8 people, please contact me directly on this link, send me email to office@travelwithruba.com

Q2. What is NOT included in your La Dolce Vita Travelling Planning Services Packages?

There is a limit to where my travel services start and stop and the following are the exclusions:

• Travelling destination itineraries outside my expertise areas are not offered in my services.
• Actual booking of flights tickets, accommodation, restaurants, excursions, and experiences are not offered with my services, my services are not classed as a travelling agency, my travelling planning services are ONLY to save your precious time searching for destinations and best places to sleep, eat and do things. In the itineraries I plan for you, I am providing bookable links that you will need to book. Saying this, the itinerary I custom-made for you, has all the links for you to book, no need to search, just click the link, choose your dates, and book straight away!
• Time commitment: My time is dedicated for your travels for 10 working days, I expect we work together to finalise your itinerary within this time frame, therefore my and your commitment is highly valued to ensure I am offering the best travel planning services to you and others.

Q3: What other considerations I need to consider while using your services?

• I design itineraries only for couples, small groups of friends, and/or solo travellers.
• Countries I cover within my services are Italy, United Kingdom, Jordan and Indonesia.
• If you are more than 8 people, please email me on office@travelwithruba.com, mention your dates, number of people and I will send quotation
• The trips and itineraries I offer are based on the assumption of enjoying a comfortable lifestyle budgets, i.e. I am unable to offer accommodation recommendations at hostels and/or for backpackers lifestyles travels.

Q4: Why choosing Travel with Ruba for planning my holiday in Puglia, in Italy or other destinations?

• First the destinations I offer my services to, are all destinations that I lived at least 1-year in that destination and I do still have my contacts and visit these destinations often.
• Currently, I live in Puglia full-time and I have covered all Puglia region from North Puglia (Gargano National Park) up to South Puglia (Salento).
• I speak 3 languages fluently, these are English, Italian and Arabic. This skill, makes me able to connect with locals, find hidden gems and understand the cultures in all destinations I lived and travelled to. I am passionate learner about other cultures.
• Because I lived in 7 different countries between 3 continents during my life, I built strong resilience and broad understanding to different cultures. My key to integrate in any society is to learn about their cultures, habits and customs and respecting them while building my identity. I often described from my friends, I am a “no judge” person. Because what eating by hands is acceptable in one culture, it can be exactly the opposite in another and that is why, I love to learn about others and have a big heart accepting our beautiful differences 🙂
• I worked for 16-years in corporates prior commencing my travel blogging in 2023, and became full-time social media content creator and a promoter for Puglia and Italy. In those years, I worked in Qatar Airways and Jordan Tourism Board, which made me understand fully the tourism and aviation industry where I can help others choose best flights, best times to book and how to plan the transport between places.
• My planning services is about you and your holiday and main objective of visiting Puglia or Italy or even Jordan, if you want just beaches and relaxing no moving holiday, I will plan this for you. If you want to visit 2-3 towns per day, I can plan this for you and recommend the best cluster combination for your visit, ensuring your time is not wasted and spending lots of time on the road.
• This itinerary build is custom-made, I never offer the same itinerary twice. Each itinerary could take up to 3-days worth of work, because, I want your holiday to be the best holiday ever. My clients feedbacks are a solid proof of how much they enjoyed the planning process with me.
• When I plan your itinerary, it is not just a job to be get done! to me, it is about knowing you, understanding you and making your holiday a long-lasting beautiful memories. Some of my clients are now my friends, to me the human touch is essential and critical. No AI used in building your itineraries, all places are trustworthy and valid and tried!
• I do not recommend a place because an travelling influencer said its beautiful, I will recommend places that are authentic and you will be surrounded by locals whenever it is possible.
